My client a leading organisation has a requirement for an HR Services Officer to join their department based in Cornwall.
This role requires candidates who are CIPD and ideally with previous management experience as it has 3 direct reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, coordination and development of the HR administration services. You will lead the staff recruitment function, manage the team responsible for the delivery of HR administration, ensure that all the transactional elements of HR policies and procedures are carried out in an appropriate, timely and efficient manner, develop and deliver training on HR administration processes and also develop and provide reports. |
