My client a global organisation has a requirement for an Employee Relations Consultant to join their enterprise in Brussels, Belgium.
This role requires candidates who can speak fluent English as well as either French or Dutch. If you speak any other European language, this will be an advantage. Candidates must also at least have 5 years HR experience ideally as a Generalist and be an expert in French or Belgian legislation.
The ER Consultant will be responsible for the resolution of complex employee and manager enquiries and requests that are escalated mainly via Customer Service Representatives. You will utilise case management tools to track the status and progress of employee and manager enquiries, communicating effectively with appropriate parties including HR Business Partners. You will coach line managers, provide guidance with investigations and provide advice to resolve escalated conflict and employee relations issues. You will also be responsible for updating the Company’s ER Policies and Procedures to ensure these are kept up to date with legislative changes.
Salary €50-75,000 plus 10% Bonus and a Car allowance
