Before joining James Gray Associates you will go through an interview process that includes spending several hours in the office talking to the other members of various teams. We don’t believe an interview should be one way; you should get the chance to interview us as well!

Once established within the team, you will have the chance to take advantage of our flexible working program, which enables you to work from home and generally tailor the working day to suit your client and candidate requirements.
